Berry Ladies Football Club confirms how our recruitment department will operate going forward following the appointments of Kwasi Osei-Danso Ofori-Attah as our new sporting director.
Victor Elias Seshie, the current acting sporting director will quit his role as the club’s interim sporting director and move to be the General Manager.
Gifty Oware-Aboagye has continued to shape her team behind the scenes, confirming Kwasi Osei-Danso Ofori-Attah will be joining, helping the club bring in eight new recruits and work hand in hand with the CEO.
Kwasi will oversee the entire sporting team, comprising talent, scouting, recruitment and data. Kwasi Danso will work closely with Victor Elias Seshie and the Technical Team members to support the our first team.
The team’s focus will be on ensuring Berry Ladies FC is competitive and sustainable on the pitch, investing in the growth of the sporting department team to identify, nurture and develop talent over the long-term with a modern data-driven philosophy.
