Berry Ladies Football Club Midfielder, Monica Addai have secured a deal with Kazakhstan club BIIK Shymkent.
Monica Addai has signed an undisclosed renewable contract with the club and is expected to join the team training as soon as possible with a camping trip to turkey with the rest of the squad member.
Based in Shymkent, Kazakhstan, BIIK Kazygurt competes in the Kazakhstani Championship and UEFA Women’s Champions League. The club has won its national league title seven years running and reached the Round of 16 in the 2019–20 edition of the Champions League.
General Manager for Berry Ladies FC, Mr. Victor Seshi Elias says Monica will put in her best because she has the experience of playing in high level matches both at club and national levels.

He notes that as foreign clubs continue to inquire about Ghanaian footballers, it shows how women football has evolved in the country due to the investment made by Government and club owners.
