Berry Ladies FC centre-back Deborah Annoh has been named Berry Ladies FC’s defender of the season with more than three-quarters of the votes in the 2023/2024 Berry Ladies FC Awards. The former Ladystrikers FC imperious presence was a major reason behind Berry Ladies FC’s title challenge, which saw them finish on 28 points but still miss out on the title to Hasaacas Ladies FC.
Deborah Annoh’s form throughout the campaign earned him MVP’s, and her peers, management and technical team have now voted her as their clear choice for the best defender in the league.
Indeed, all three of nominees were equally good defenders, with Deboah Annoh’s 76.8% of the votes being followed by full-backs Comfort Yeboah (67.6%) and Regina Donkor (54.8%).
