Her raw talent and determination in school caught the attention of scouts from Berry Ladies FC. Recognizing her potential, the club welcomed her with open arms, providing her with the training and support she needed to flourish in 2023/2024 season

At Berry Ladies FC, Akosua quickly became a standout player though plays few games to get appressed with Coach Freeman Amponsah’s tactics. Her speed, dribbling skills, and knack for scoring goals made her a formidable forward. Off the pitch, Akosua’s humility and dedication inspired her teammates. Her dream of representing Ghana became a reality when she was first selected at the u17 Ghana Women’s National Team and for the national team to compete in the ISF Football World Cup.

In Dalian, Afriyie Agyeiwaa Akosua has been a revelation. Her spectacular performances have been pivotal in Ghana’s journey through the tournament, embodying the spirit of perseverance and excellence nurtured at Berry Ladies FC.

Jacqueline’s life took a positive turn when Berry Ladies FC discovered her through Valued Girls Football Club.  Jacqueline’s journey at the club was marked by rapid progress. Her attacking skills, strategic mind, and unyielding spirit made her an essential part of the team.

Selected for the Ghana Women’s National Team, u20 and then this ongoing ISF in China, Jacqueline has been a cornerstone of Ghana’s attacking at the ISF Football World Cup. Her fearless tackles as well and calm demeanor under pressure have thwarted many attacks.
