Lastly your mental state is always important as a leader, it is necessary to employ validation in situation before reaching a conclusion. Remember to employ empathy, reality check on situation before making a decision when conflict arise.
An unforgotten example is the situation when Kudus Mohammed scored for Ajax and dedicated the goal to the late Christian Atsu, with his shirt raised. The referee understanding the situation at hand, was great as he did not issue a yellow card but let him know what happen is beyond football. Always validate the situation before making a decision.
